    Our franchisees may encourage their customers to visit our regional showrooms in Fourways, Gauteng; Montague Gardens, Cape Town and in Umhlanga, Durban to gain deal closing assistance at these showrooms.


    Our established brand and strong social media presence generates a constant flow of interested buyers. SOAPBOX assists its franchisees in securing tenders. The franchisor gives assistance with BBBEE accreditation and training for proper tender preparation to secure tenders. Registration assistance is given on national tender databases and regular emails are sent to franchisees promoting tender opportunities.


    Monthly “goodie bags” are sent to our franchisees with the latest catalogues, samples and pricelists of our group of suppliers. The goodie bag consists of pamphlets, business cards, brochures, catalogues, and sample products. We also give continuous training on new branding ideas and initiatives which evolve often.


    The more our franchisees earn the less Franchise Management Fees they will pay. This means that the larger the turnover, the smaller the percentage of the Franchise Management Fee payable becomes. . We don’t penalise our franchisees for their success.


    Soapbox offers below market pricing through our Buyers Group. Discount is negotiated with our suppliers that matches the best available in the country. This will enable the franchisee to tender for national tenders and to be financially competitive. We have learnt how difficult it is to reach and sustain massive discount levels, and in an industry with low margins, we have negotiated discount levels which make it financially viable for big corporates to buy from us at the discount we can offer compared to 90% of the competition in the market.


    We offer personalised support for any franchisee that struggles to reach their sales targets. We assist our franchisees in implementing sustainable business plans and marketing strategies to drive leads and sales through their doors. We also offer refresher and ongoing training to each franchisee that joins our network.


    We have invested heavily in automated online quoting and ordering systems, retrieving real-time pricing from our suppliers. This is an industry first where customers can see their quotes and pricing live and do not have to wait for their quotes to be finalised. Online purchases are also possible, stream lining the ordering and delivery process completely.


    Soapbox has secured the services of independent Business Coaches that will help you understand and develop the skills you need to reach and achieve your GOALS. Quarterly growth clubs under supervision of the business coach are held to plan ahead for the next 30 to 90 days, the next year, the next 3 years and the next 5-10 years.
